If the box is dropped off, damages must be reported within 24 hours. If a repair is not possible, we will replace it as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged during delivery, we will repair it. If you detect any damage, do not accept the delivery and note the damage on the delivery form. Please inspect your furniture upon arrival to determine if there are any damages. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a CREDIT for the amount of the item, excluding shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Addresses which are considered "Remote" by shipping carriers, which could mean in the mountains or countryside, will incur an additional fees ($495 - $995). Addresses that are "Remote" or accessible only by "Ferry" will incur an extra fee of $275 at the time of shipping.

Many of our products, especially the hand-painted furniture, are made upon order and can take from four to 12 weeks to ship. When you purchase an item from Belle Escape, we can in no way guarantee a delivery date as the shipping industry sometimes experiences backlogs and staff shortages that can push back the delivery date by days or sometimes weeks. Sometimes shipping delays occur that are not within the control of Belle Escape. Most In-stock furniture items will be shipped within one to two weeks of placing an order and should be received within 7 to 10 business days after it ships.
